The “Incarrozza” winery was created by the couple Giuseppe and Caterina Pellegrino thanks to their passion for the own land. The ancient nineteenth-century farm and the vineyard rise in a territory that boasts a past of oenological tradition. Located at the feet of Mount Etna, on sandy land of alluvial origin, wines with a strong personality and able to pass emotions typical of this land are produced. From the beginning, the aim of producing wines has been pursued by the exciting personality, which were expression of the territory and the people producing them. Tradition and technology guide the creation of our wines, from cultivation to winery. Every step is directed in giving great care to details and attention to quality.

Today, their children and grandchildren, with unchanged passion for this land, run the oenological activity enhancing culture and territory.
